Our core R&D is structured around the 'Omics' revolution which has provided molecular biology with unforeseen capabilities:
The simultaneous measurement of thousands of transcripts, proteins and metabolites, i.e. the nuts and bolts of the cellular
machinery. Consequently, a new avenue for identifying molecular entities (biomarkers) specifically affected in the course
of a particular disease has opened.
We operate proprietary in-silico discovery platforms which take heterogeneous Omics data as input and provide protein
biomarker / target candidates as output, and additionally allow an evaluation and ranking of already given candidate lists.
Novelty of our proprietary platforms is provided by the logics, algorithms and procedures on integrating data from experimental
Omics platforms, literature, in-silico methodologies, and clinics.
